itunes won't download songs

I am unable to download recent purchases on my PC that I purchased on my iPad.

I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled, but still can't download.

Suggestions welcome!

You need the latest iOS 11.1.2 version on your iPad & 12.7 iTunes version on pc

This is on a Windows 10 PC. I am using iTunes 12.7.1.14.

Oh I gotcha

And 10 has been having a hard time with iTunes compatibility or connected. Only way I've fixed this is to tediously go through layered security software & that is so very tedious 😑
