Is there a way to remove a root certificate other than removing profiles? I am not sure how this certificate was installed but after removing all profiles it remains.

I have an iPhone 6s plus. When I go to the root certificates, I see one there that is not associated with any profiles. I am not sure how long it's been there, it's possible that it's been there for a long time as I've had several different iPhones before this one it it may have been restored from a previous phone. Is there anyway I can completely delete this certificate? I don't have access to a Mac to use Apple Configurator.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.1
