What do the different color workouts mean

My stick figure is one of 4 colors after a workout and I don’t know what’s different to cause the color change. Has anyone figured this one out yet?

Hi

The colour of the rings for your workout history list reflects only the types of goal that were set for each of the workouts (for example: a workout with an Active calories goal has a red ring, matching the colour of the Move goal ring). Other colours correspond to the colours shown when setting different types of goal.

The ring colour does not have any effect on the data that is saved. Your workout results are still recorded fully, regardless of the goal type that you set (and therefore also of the ring colour that is shown).
