APFS Container Resize error code is 49154

Hi,

I'm using macOS High Sierra on my MBP 13" MGX92:

- Core i7 3.0GHz CPU

- 16GB RAM

- 256GB SSD hard drive.

I always get this error message everytime I try to resize the boot partition using Disk Utility. I need to do this to create a new partition for installing Windows.

Please help me to solve this problem!
