Since you swapped the sim card, I'm not sure what will happen. Normally, it would stay there because it is a different device. I'm not sure if the sim card swap could/would affect that. Just to be safe, I would turn off iCloud backups on the 5 and use iTunes to back up the 5.
The 5 would need to be using IOS 11 in order to restore the IOS 11 backup.
The old backup was still there and I was able to backup my 5. What I am wondering is if the ios11 backup will still be there after I get much phone gixed
So i had an iPhone 6s running ios11. It broke so I decided to switch my SIM card to my iPhone 5. I went to back it up but my ios11 backup won't go onto the iPhone 5. When's I restore it to the previous ios10.3.3 backup will it keep my ios11 backups?
