I can't sign in Facetime and iMessages with my Apple ID

Hi everyone,

I use iMac, iPhone and Macbook

I can use Facetime and iMessages on iMac and Macbook normal a month before

But today when I open Facetime Application on my iMac it requires me to sign in again, and when i sign in they show me a message :"An error occured during activation. Try again".

I've checked my iPhone and saw that I can send a message or make a Facetime call with only my phone number. I tried to sign in my Apple ID in phone setting but they still show me a message :"An error occured duringn activaiton. Try again".

I've called to Apple Support but they don't know my problems (maybe cause by my bad English), so can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thank you so much

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.1
