my apple tv wont go to the main menu. it is on computers/settings. i can move around settings but i cant go to rhe main menu to watch youtube or neflix for example. thx

It is not properly connected to the network
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
Ensure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)
If on wifi try ethernet
Test on another network
