Accessing EXS 24 on GarageBand v. 10.2.0

I had to Download Garageband from the app store.

All was fine except I cannot seem to find my EXS 24 instruments despite the fact that I see it in the plug in menu...

I also cannot see it in the Library menu even though I had it in my previous version.

What am I missing?

Any insight would be appreciated...
