Missing "My Photo Stream" settings on iPhone X

On iPhone X running iOS 11.1.2 (and earlier versions of 11.x), in Settings->Name, iCloud->iCloud->Photos:

the only thing there is: "iCloud Photo Sharing" which can be turned on or off. There is no "iCloud Photo Library" or "My Photo Stream" or "Upload Burst Photos" settings appearing at all like there is on my iPad running 11.1.2 or like there was on my iPhone 7 Plus.

None of my photos taken on iPhone X are getting transferred to "My Photo Stream" to my other iCloud devices.

What happened to the "My Photo Stream" setting in iPhone X and how can I get iPhone X to upload photos to "My Photo Stream"?

Solved. I indeed did have restrictions installed that I was not aware of via Device Management certificate that were installed on my phone from my company to allow me to establish secure VPN connections.

I remove the Device Management (in Settings->General->Device Management) and now all of my "My Photo Stream" options are back.

Thanks to the Genius bar at the Apple Store for helping me find this.
