Guided access

Stuck in guided access in iPhone 7. Phone is on lock screen. Getting the "iPhone doesn't recognize fingerprint"- yet phone won't allow me to type password because of guided access. Force reboot holding home button and lock button won't work. And never plugged phone into computer or iTunes. Help 😩😫

In addition to what you've been told by LACAllen, please note that to force restart your iP7, you have to use Lock and Volume Down buttons (and not Home button).
