Iphone 5 suddenly cannot make or receive calls

Cannot make or receive calls. Have Verizon LTE at top left of screen. Can get internet and send a receive texts and iMessages.


No signal bars. Tried airplane mode on and off. Tried resetting network settngs. Turned on and off.


Perplexed.

iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3
