siri hearing/pronunciation

I am on the current version of IOS on my iPhone (11.1.1). I live in Sebastopol, Ca. Whenever I ask Siri to find me something (phone number, address, etc.) in Sebastopol, I most often get "I didn't find any matching places". This is because she is always hearing Sevastopol (with a v instead of b). The only way I can get it right is if I VERY strongly hit the B sound. So I can't just talk normally.

Is there something I can do to fix this, aside from changing my speech pattern every time I ask for something in the town I live in?
