Question: Safari on Sierra and and High Sierra do not scroll at all.

I have been having trouble with Safari since the latest Sierra update where the browser doesn't scroll at many websites, particularly those using CMS editing / WYSIWYG tools on web pages. I figured upgrading to High Sierra might do the trick, but it does not. I do not have any extensions being used on my application.

Help. I have to use Chrome to work on projects.

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I have notice that this issue occurs in environment that use the WYSIWYG and other content editing tools like at WordPress, SquareSpace, Top Producer and Business Catalyst. Very unique to those pages only.

There's currently a server problem for that website, try this archived version : How to fully reset Safari or Google's cache of it : https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:g2MlQCNbkwgJ:https://www.m acissues.com/2015/06/22/how-to-fully-res…

You might also test after disabling ZoomUsPlugIn since it's a per-user plugin, and you say the problem doesn't show for another user.

I have performed all the tasks explained in that reset Safari document and restarted several times, but with no positive results. I even started up in Safe Mode, and where a scroll tab should be there is a black bar. This where a scroll tab would normally be, but in regular mode it is not there at all.User uploaded file
