is there a way to fix the keyboard after the update? The letters z and y are in the incorrect places. The z is where the y should be!

Check what you have selected in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > keyboard name, you may have ‘QWERTZ’ instead of ‘QWERTY’
