High Sierra Performance on Mid-2011 Mac Air

Hi all: I had thought my last upgrade to Sierra (10.12.6) would be my last on this machine, however I keep getting bugged by the App store to upgrade - but wanted to see if there were any performance issues prior to upgrading. Right now, my OS works great, I'm just concerned about upgrading to high sierra from sierra. I'm currently working with 4 GB of RAM and about 12 GB free on my internal HD. My vote is no; but wanted to see what the community thought.

Thanks!

MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

I'm composing this reply on that exact model MacBook Air with the exact same amount of RAM. High Sierra runs like blazes on it.

You don't have to take my word for it though.

A community has no mind and is incapable of thought. Read Upgrading macOS without fear and decide for yourself.
