Hi ! My iphone 8 plus had thump impression and password. Its not working and i cannot open my phone. I dont know how announcement has been activated ? What can i do ?

I own a iphone 8 plus. While carrying i do not know how voice got activated.It is neither taking thumb impression nor a password and i cannot access the phone. However incoming calls can be attended by double tapping ? How do i de-activate the voice announcement and get access to phone ?

Hello chaudhrydc.

If I'm understanding correctly, your iPhone is locked and you are unable to access it using the passcode or fingerprint. Being able to have access to my iPhone is important and I will be happy to help.

You can also use iTunes to manage the Accessibility features on your device. Follow these steps:

Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.

In iTunes, select your device.

From the Summary pane, click Configure Accessibility in the Options section at the bottom.

Select the feature that you want to use and click OK.
