I want to get the 200gb of iCloud storage - can I use my own apple ID and share it with another family member who has her own apple ID?

I want the 200gb of iCloud storage. It says I can share with family members, but do they have to use the same apple ID? Thanks!

No, they don't have to have the same Apple ID. You need to set up Family Sharing to share the storage.
