The export to youtube feature in Garageband is broken

The export to youtube feature in Garageband is broken after upgrading my Ipad Air to the latest IOs. I tried to fix it by logging out of Youtube in Garageband when exporting the song. This worked in the past after upgrades. But when I tried to export again it came up with a Developers page and says Google won't allow this anymore and to use a different API. Some Developers message. Did anyone at Apple test this?????
