Cannot update iOS to 11.1.2 for X
I put update later after 11.1.2 download. Then I had my phone charged and decided to install new iOS. Despite I see notification mark I have new update system says I have the newest 11.1,.1 already

I would try to follow the steps here provided (last section "Remove and download the iOS update again"):
Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support
If nothing changes, I would try to update your device connecting it to a computer running the latest version of iTunes (12.7.1).
