Touch Id is not working, what can i do to get working touch id?

In my Iphone 5s Touch Id ( figerprinting) is not working, there is a word like " Touch id can not apply on this Iphone " can anyone help with this problem? Thank you.

Go to Support.apple.com They will test your touch I'd over your wifi

They may send you a post paid box to return iPhone for repair.
