I constantly get safari-icons on screen when clicking links

Since my update to MacOS High Sierra, I constantly get these safari icons on my screen (screenshot) when clicking links. User uploaded file

Is this a bug or some kind of plugin? I find this very annoying and would like a way to disable this. Anyone?

Turn “Handoff” on and test.

Turn Handoff on or off

On your Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click General, then select “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices” (below “Recent items”). To turn it off, deselect the option.
