the activation server is unavailable.
I have been trying all day to get my iCloud backup from my iPhone 5 to a iPhone 6s Plus , but it keeps saying
"Your iphone could not be activated becaues the activation server is temporarily unavailable."

Turn off your router for 20 /30 seconds when it's back on go to settings on
Iphone down to reset Reset network settings After reset enter your router wireless key.
