Question: I NEED an email address for Apple support.
I do not have time to be on the phone or chat.
I travel frequently and simply need an email address I can use to request support.
This should not be a difficult item for Apple.
It seems to me that live support takes much more money and personnel when compared to email.
My issue isn’t life-critical, but I would like an answer to a question. It does have to do with some information I would rather not post on a world-wide user community.
I do not want every user’s opinion that I would receive by posting my support question on this forum.
I do not have time to filter through the millions of possibly related posts that are on the forum.
Please, a simple email address to which I may send a question.
Why is that so difficult for a behemoth company such as Apple?
