I NEED an email address for Apple support.

I do not have time to be on the phone or chat.

I travel frequently and simply need an email address I can use to request support.

This should not be a difficult item for Apple.

It seems to me that live support takes much more money and personnel when compared to email.

My issue isn’t life-critical, but I would like an answer to a question. It does have to do with some information I would rather not post on a world-wide user community.

I do not want every user’s opinion that I would receive by posting my support question on this forum.

I do not have time to filter through the millions of possibly related posts that are on the forum.

Please, a simple email address to which I may send a question.

Why is that so difficult for a behemoth company such as Apple?

I'm not aware of any public email address for iTunes and/or Apple Support. If you want to contact Support :

Apple most likely use this system as they have such a large amount of users, imagine if Apple had a public email, it would be constantly flooded. You can of course try contact those emails from @King_Penguin as they will hook you up with people that will be able to talk via email.

Hope that extinguishes any fire of confusion.

The emails you are referring to are NOT from a user - they are automatic email notifications from the Apple Support Community telling you that someone has posted a reply in your thread.

And, you cannot talk to any other user via email. Neither can you "hook up" with other users. You post here in the forums and get replies here (except for the aforementioned notifications, which, when you click on the link, will just allow you to post back here in the forums).

As we are all other users here, you would need to ask Apple.

As of now, Apple has not published an email address for support. They show you the options of how to contact them which are available when you go to their support website and enter the problem/question.
