I deleted an app but its still in the toolbar

Hey Folks,

Recently I deleted an app which previously created a little icon in the toolbar.

I used an third party app for deleting every unneeded apps but as soon as I deleted it seemed like it perfectly worked but its still in the toolbar.

I did "poof" it away when customizing the menu bar but it stays there as an option to chose from.

My question is how can I completely delete such an app? Every related folder and file is gone, I don't know what else can I do.
