faulty model number

I bought iPhone 7 in April 2017, it has its model number as 3C213HN/A, but usually apple products' model numbers start with 'M'. Now I'm worried whether its original or not. Please clarify whether its original or not and why its different from others.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.1

You should contact the vendor for information on the phone's provenance.
