Had iphone but now have samsung due to. Need to have iphone fixed,i have turned off imessage and face time before changing sim card to other phone, I am not receiving any messages from iPhone users
Have you re-activated iMessage and Facetime? Follow the steps here provided:
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
If your iMessage is active but you still can't receive any iMessages, what happens if you send an iMessage? does it work (blue bubble) ?
