USBC to HDMI

Hi all, I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro 2017 model. It contains two USB-C ports and was basically wondering if it is possible to run two seperate monitors from both USB ports i.e. get two USB-C to HDMI adaptors and plug them into both USB-C ports and then run two screens at once?

I know you can buy the dual HDMI connectors and the other stations which have multiple outputs, but I was more interested in utilising both ports.

Yes, it will run two displays (up to 4K). Make sure to get adapters that support the new Apple Thunderbolt 3 ports, such as:
