Injustice on replacement by Apple, now what?

I am a loyal Apple Customer for last 8 years. In a family of 6 people we have 6 Apple Devices. I bought an Apple Iphone 7 around 1 year back and my phone is in warranty period upto 21st November 2017.

Suddenly 10 days back I got a call and my phone was off. I immediately submitted the phone to the nearest service centre. I was expecting a replacement of the phone but they came back to me saying that the phone has some internal damage been found they cannot do anything about it, it the phone has to be replaced it will be a paid replacement by paying around 30,000 Rs which is close to 450$.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this and it was just not expected out of Apple. Can someone suggest what I can do to bring this to the notice of other Apple users and top management of Apple?

iPhone 7, iOS 11.0.3

I am assuming you are in India. It is wise to ask for any warranty service or repairs from the store you bought the product from. If you did not buy the phone in India you are less likely to get positive help. Reason. All Indian stores are Apple Authorised re-sellers. They are all privately owned and tend to operate on their own terms; some acceptably, others less so.
