Can't sign in to iMessage account and FaceTime on Mac

After update to High Sierra, I can't sign in to my iMessage account.

I already check and follow all solution here: If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support but did't get help.

Hi,

On the basis that Messages is not an iCloud app that will achieve little.

(neither is iTunes, The App Store , Games Center, iBooks or FaceTime)

Other Apple app may use the Apple ID that you use for iCloud.

Try this Users Tip

When the iMessages account will not Login

Hi,

You have actually spoken to Apple and they have confirmed that the use of your Apple ID to the iMessages servers from your Mac is not the cause ?

To be clear the Serial Number (or rather lack of it) make the Login Device Specific.

As the iMessages are a standalone set (farm) then it means the use of the Apple ID for the iMessages account is also App Specific. This means the ID will work in other apps and services. It will also work on other devices.
