my phone keep telling me carrier unknown and theres nun wrong with my sim card

First, please delete the image as this is a public forum.
Do a forced restart for your phone and see if it helps.
If it does not, and you are sure the sim card is working, then do a restore via iTunes.
At that point, if the sim is not recognized, make an appointment at the Genius Bar for a hardware evaluation.
