Lost User on Login Screen

I have 5 users on my MacBook Pro . 2 of which are admin - 2 with parental control . 1 Guest

One of the admin user icons has suddenly stopped showing on the login in screen both at "start up" and "switch user"

When logged into my available admin account - all 5 user folders are in the "user folder" - When I open the folder with my now unavailable user account I see 6 folders all with a no entry icon in the bottom corner . I get the following message when trying to open one : The folder “Desktop” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

About this Mac : High Sierra V: 10.13.1
