Where are you seeing this error--iTunes on a computer (Mac or Windows PC), or the iTunes Store app on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch)?
What software version are you using on that device (macOS for Mac computers, iOS for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Windows for PC)?
Under what circumstances are you seeing the error (are you trying to download an app? Update software? Something else?)?
