Every time I try to use the google account it messages appear said you have to update the security policy.

i cannot use my account in my gmail app because it appears a message that says I have to update the secu policy

Hi. This is not really an Apple question. But, you need to login to Google in a browser, using your Google ID (gmail address), and see what they want you to do.
