Stolen my Iphone and removed my phone to my aplle ID account and totally unable to locate.

I report it to police and they cant do anything about it. Because Im from province and they take my phone and the last trace of it is in Pasig Manila. It takes me 12hours to travel by bus. I was dissatisfied about apple security that they cannot even capture the culprit. Mobile data was open and I load it so I can manage to trace it. Hoping that when I turned on my lost / stolen mode it will take a picture front and back to locate my phone. All I can take a picture was the mall it was last seen. But inside were unknown.
