TIME CAPSULE BACK UPS ARE GONE

My airport time capsule back-ups are gone, except for the recent month November.

On finder I click Airport Time capsule/data/sparsebundle, it gives me a pop-up box indicating;

iMac.spars Resource temporarily unavailable

I checked my wireless network, seems OK.

I have resarted the computer

Nothing changes.

How can I access my back-ups?

Thank you for your support.

Power off the Time Capsule and leave it off for 10-15 minutes

Restart your Mac

Power up the Time Capsule after 10-15 minutes have passed

Click on the Time Machine "clock" icon at the top of your Mac's screen

Click Enter Time Machine

Wait a few minutes for everything to load

Using the timeline at the right of window, check to see how far back your backups go. If they still go only as far as November, this indicates that Time Machine detected that your backups were corrupted, so it deleted the old backups and started over again with a new backup on the oldest date in November that you see.

Normally, a window like the one that you see below will appear when Time Machine has to start over again. But, this is not always the case.
