Question: My Tv is on my Home Wi-fi, but how do I watch it on my iMac/

I have my Sony TV connected to a Sky + HD box which is in turn connected to my home wi-fi. User uploaded file

How can I watch it on my iMac?

I can't find the SKY+HD on the iMac. As my printer shows up ok, is it simply that the iMac is unable to see Tvs?

I'm using the latest High Sierra 10.13.1

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11), 3.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 8GB

Answer:

You can not actually connect your Mac to the TV and watch what is on the TV. But if you have a SkyGo account, you can actually watch SkyGo on your Mac, iPad, iPhone and other devices.
