So I woke up my iphone 5s was working great and then i turned my moblie data on and it restarted my phone i lost all my Photos my contacts my Apps i need help what do i do?

Its and apple IPhone 5s i've tried turning it off and leaving it for 10 minutes and it still never restored my contacts or photos

Are you connected to a WiFi network? If you aren’t, go to a WiFi network make sure you have joined the network, restart your phone and then see if the contacts and photos download.
