when I take a screen shot I cannot find it saved in the Desktop. The only thing that registers that something has happened is a folder that says mflpro_c1 but no screen shots are in there. I've tried the option to 'save to the Clipboard' but where is

Click on the Dropbox icon in the menu bar. Then click on the right most icon (looks like a nut), then Preferences.
