Why doesn't my iPhone keyboard work properly???

Can somebody please tell me why doesn't my iPhone & plus keyboard work properly??? I don't know why I can't type letter "r". Appreciate all the support

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.1

did you reset the keyboard definitions settings?

Ive tried everything. My phone seems little bit buggy too. I dont even know why. I can not turn off my phone by sliding it.
