Jumpy screen, random selections

Since updating to iOS 11.1.2 the screen on my 6S+ jumps around/is jerky while scrolling and will randomly select apps, links, etc. Rebooting and hard resets initially bring up the “connect to a Mac for backup restore” screen. How do I go about fixing this?
