Restore HD after clean install of Sierra

MBP - OS 10.12.6

I have successfully performed a clean install of Sierra on my MBP's internal HD.

Upgraded from Yosemite (finally!)

Did the Clean install to get rid of 4 years of "junk"

I have both a Time Machine Backup & a SuperDuper clone (bootable with Yosemite) on separate external HDs.

What is the preferred method of restoring my MBP' s Account, Apps, User data/passwords etc on the MBP with the newly installed Sierra OS?

Just want to be sure I do this right!

Thanks....John
