hello. my friend has a iphone 6. he bought a apple id. because he did not know english language. but he forgets all data like as email and app id passwords. now,iphone is ok and it is turn on in ios 9. but he can not update ios. how can we delete icloud with paying money?

he has the box of iphone.

If the Apple ID isn't his ID, then he won't be able to sign out. He will need to contact the seller to have them sign out before he can use the phone. If it is his ID, see above.
