Quicklooksatellite High CPU usage still not fixed?

There seem to be so many different answers as to how to solve the problem of high CPU usage of Quicklooksatellite process (which I started having just yesterday after I upgraded my OS to version 10.13.1. But there is no clear one simple answer how to fix it!

Is there a simple answer to this? Why is it taking Apple so many years and the problem still exists (I think the first post I saw was dated 2012 and we are at the end of 2017 and the problem still exists)!
