I did a upgrade to OS 10.11.6 on my MacBook

I did a upgrade to OS 10.11.6 but since

Then my MacBook is not working right

I think it is not too compatable .

I have a MacBook ( 13-inche, aluminium, late 2008 )

How to comme back to my old OS that worked great ?
