iPad Air don’t work

Ipad air. Good evening! After updating 11.3 the tablet became very bad. After turning off, this screen appears. after connecting to iTunes, he did not recognize it. on the tablet are very important documents, how can I recover them and the tablet? (backup was not performed for a long time), please help me.

The iPad is disabled, it's too late to copy anything off it and/or take a new backup, you will have to reset it back to factory defaults : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support. You don't have any recent backup, neither iTunes nor iCloud ?
