Wifi and bluetooth button not working

I have iPhone 6 (16GB) with softer version 11.1.1 having problem of WiFi button showing grey and Bluetooth button spinning

Already contacted to Apple Support online but they told its hardware problem,and when i contacted to Apple service center they told warranty is over 2 days before and they can not do anything. So required support in this topic, already network setting reset done and hard reset also done.
