Battery status showing 'Service' just after 12 cycle counts. Please help

Hello Guys

I have a new macbook air 2017 which I purchased just a few weeks back.

Just today it showed me the error saying 'Service Battery'. I have already reset the SMC and it didnt work and I am currently trying out the long callibration trick.

Also, I viewed some information through a third party app and it shows Original Max: 7150 mAh and current max: 3893 mAh.

Does anyone have any idea what seems to be the problem?

Thanks

Product: Macbook air 2017

Os: OS Sierra

MACBOOK AIR (13-INCH, 2017), macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
