Reachability is turned off by default. To turn it on, go to Settings > General > Accessibility, scroll down and tap Reachability, then turn it on.

I looked at 3 iPhone X phones though and this option wasn’t actually there. Has anyone actually seen it and used it on an X?
I’m considering buying an iPhone X but it appears reachability is not on it. i have tried in 3 stores without success. Can any one confirm if it is available on iPhone X please?
