There is no 'Photos syncing' option on my Ipad 2, only' Photostream' which is checked in order to upload to the cloud.

It tells me that all photos will be deleted on my Ipad if I un-check this option.

So all the photos from my 'albums' are sitting in the cloud (Imac) and not one appears anymore in the albums on Ipad and Iphone since the last update. I am more than frustrated and cannot seem to get help from Apple at all.

Hello Eric,

Thank you for your help; as I said I don't have the syncing option on my iPad Air 2 but of course I have photos and then photo stream.

I can see my albums, with titles and number of photos, but no photos at all..

I guess I will have to download and send them again from my iCloud on my iMac. or I will try to call Apple.

thanks again,

Christine

You are welcome. In the screen shot, the line that contains Photos shows on. Tap the arrow, then turn it off, and after a couple of minutes, turn it on again. Allow time for everything to sync again.
